In 2023, I led a partnership with Warner Bros. Blue Beetle, creating a language-learning experience that didn’t just teach Spanish—it brought it to life through the film’s world, culture, and story.

From chaos to coordination: streamlining studio partnerships
After managing our first major studio partnership with Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, and dealing with the chaos of a trial run,I had a much clearer understanding of how to streamline approvals, navigate brand guidelines, and optimize our CRM strategy. I knew what had slowed us down the first time—where we could automate processes, how we could better coordinate across teams, and what adjustments were needed to create a smoother workflow.
With that experience, we as a team were able to move faster and more efficiently. The developers already had a template to work with, we refined our workflows to automate key tasks, and we adapted more seamlessly to studio feedback. Working with the content team to create bespoke courses was also far more intuitive—we had a better grasp of how to balance educational value with studio priorities. On a much stricter timeline, we executed the campaign with confidence, ensuring every detail was aligned while keeping the process collaborative, efficient, and organized.
The Process
For this partnership, we applied these new learnings to execute a campaign that was more efficient, aligned, and engaging. Key contributions included:
✅ Project managed across Product, Growth, and Content—to align messaging and execution.
✅ Developed landing pages and in-app Spanish and English lessons
✅ Designed CRM campaigns and social media content to drive user interaction and bring Blue Beetle’s story into language learning.
✅ Created CRM communications, PR briefs and media plans, and social media assets to drive engagement.
✅ Managed the partnership with Warner Bros., ensuring all creative assets met brand guidelines and navigated multiple approval processes to stay true to the Blue Beetle franchise.
Bringing Blue Beetle to life through language learning was a chance to build on my experience in entertainment partnerships—navigating approvals, aligning brand storytelling with product goals, and executing a campaign that truly connected with users.
